I had the great fortune to try out Halsa Essentails Asana Flow Essential Oil Yoga Blend for free for myt review #halsaEssentials *

I'm super busy throughout the day and I found that the only time I can get in a workout of any kind is in the morning... but super early because I have children, work, and a husband. Its hard to get going and I can't have coffee until I'm done working out. That is why I wanted to try out this Yoga Blend of essential oils and the ingredients from Halsa called Asana Flow with its ease of application, and the hope that I can actually stick with a routine. That is what drew me to the product and wanting to try it out for my new lifestyle of becoming a morning person!

 Now that  I have tried these oils to help me out instead of a caffeine fix and it has been amazing. I crawl out of bed get dressed and use the oil on my hand, temples, and pressure points. The scent is very fragrant of citrus and lavender and its fantastic. I feel bright and ready to take on my routine. The scent is not overpowering but has staying power and I like that. Its easy to apply it is a roll on and you can put on as much or as little as you like which is a big positive over sprays for me. I like that I can have that control of exactly where I want the oils especially around the face if you are wanting to put it on your temples. The bottle is small enough to carry it around with you even rolled up with your yoga mat or carried around in your gym bag. If you are needing a pick me up I suggest using Halsa Essentials Asana Flow for a better yoga or workout. Sure beats being tired and stinky and if you workout in a group setting those around you will also thank you and probably ask what you are wearing. You can tell them that it is a blend of  oils which can provide a relaxing atmosphere for you and those around you. I'm recommending this product to my workout group.   • Lavender's soothing properties help calm the mind so you can be fully present during practice. It is one of my favorite fragrances and I do find it has a calming effect on me 

  • Lemon is uplifting and energizing giving you a positive energy boost. Lemon always makes me think of bright and sunny days. It really perks up my mood

  • Mandarin is purifying and cleansing. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, mandarin is used to regulate the flow of life force energy or "Qi." This just adds to the citrus notes for me and that is a plus.

  • Bois de Rose is used for centering and grounding and will help you reach new levels in your practice. This scent will probably make you think of those earthy notes and makes this fragrance work well and balanced.

This product is fantastic and I suggest you try it out for yourself it works great for yoga, workouts, running errands, or honestly just trying to start your day. I use this product every morning and it has become apart of my routine along with sticking to a workout. Check it out for yourself.
