My Target Beauty Box

Hello lovely lovelies! I received my +Target  Beauty Box Make the Grade theme in the mail. I got this box when there was a special on no shipping. The total I paid for this box was $7.44 amazing! I will be doing a review of the products later because some of them will take some time to test out properly of the 9 items I received.  So lets dig deeper into....

WHATS IN THE BOX!!!!

1.Cover Girl Katy Kat Eye that boasts 10x the volume+darkness with 360 degrees all-day cat eye. I have the 805 Black. I'm very excited to try this product out! I have picked this us several times at my Walmart but always put it back not because of the price but I had 3 mascaras at home.  The retail price on the Target website is $6.99  which practically covers the cost of the box. But wait... there's more

2. To help take off the mascara we have Olay makeup remover wet cloths 7count. It boasts that it will remove waterproof mascara. Targets full size is 25ct at $4.99 my sample size comes to $1.39 I will use it to tackle the mascara I just got.

3. Laneige water sleeping mask. I have not heard of this company or used a full fask mask at night before. I usually put some sort of face cream on spots at night. Hopefully it can withstand my tossing and turning at night. When I opened the bottle it a hint of blue color a faint but pleasent smell. The mask is an intensive hydrating overnight mask that will purify and detoxiy, hydrate and lock in moisture, sooth and relax with sleepscent. You put it on at night and rinse off in the morning. The full retail is $24.00 on Target's website for 70ml. My sample is 15ml which retails about $5.14

4.NYC Get It All in 200 PINKtastic a lipstick! I love lipsticks because you can change your look quick and easy. I do not have any Get It All from NYC but I have some of their others to compare to. It looks matte pale pink which I like. I don't wear bright hot pinks too often. It says it has been developed with New York Make-up Artists. Its full size and retails for $2.99

 5&6. These items are together because they are the Juice Organics Repairing Shampoo and Conditioner. I did some research on the company and they sound fantastic! They are Leaping Bunny (https://www.crueltyfreeinternational.org/LeapingBunny) and PETA certified which is amazing for our fury friends.They are also USDA Organic, California Organic Product Act, Gluten Free. What does that all mean for you? That the product is safe for you, the environment, and its 70% or more made with organic materials and none of the harsh chemicals we keep hearing are bad for us. Normally that translates to very expensive luxury items. However Juice Organics is affordable. My samples are 1oz each for .99cents each the full size on Target's website is 10oz for $9.99 each. If you already are or looking into going organic and cruelty free this is an option to try out. New customer right here.

7. Up&Up which is Targets own brand 2 count five blade razors that are "comparable" to the Venus Embrace. It has a strip of botanical oils for lubrication. I have not tried these myself nor can I remember if I have tried the Venus version either. I might need to try a side by side and get a Venus razor for one leg... It's nice getting razors because they can be expensive depending on what you are going for. Target sells these in a 5count bag for $10.39 the two they sent me are going to come to $4.14

8. Secret Clinical Strength smooth solid in Light and Fresh. A product I have not tried it does have Aluminum Zirconium Trichlorohydrex Gly if you wanting to avoid any of those this will not work for you. It has soothing conditioners to minimize irritation and supposidly in can give you 48 hour odor protection...Well this I must see! I cannot wait to try this claim out. My husband is going to love me....You apply at nighttime before bed so your body's natural temperature activiates it for extra-effective wetness protection. Well I hate to say it but I don't smell pretty after chasing and playing with the kids all day so I will througholy test it out. My size is .5oz which Target has listed for $1.20 and the next size is 1.6 for $6.59

 9. Crest White 3D Whitestrips luxe Glamorous White. Obviously you need to have more than one session of white strips to see if they whiten but I can test if it stays on for 30 min, easy to apply, and most of all can I talk and talk and talk because that is what my husband and I like to do is talk and share in bed. The full kit has 28 strips for 14 uses and its $34.99  my sample comes to $2.49

GRAND TOTAL: $26.32 BOX VALUE

 My takeaway from the box is that it has introduced me to a great company +Juice Organics I'm looking forward to being a repeat customer. Getting a mascara that I have starred at everytime i go to the store +COVERGIRL with Katy Perry. +Olay North America  for the wipes to take off my make-up. Trying out a new lip shade from NYC. Shaving with +Target brand UP&Up, putting +Secret Deodorant to the test and see if it can handle me, +LANEIGE Thailand for the interesting mask you wear over night can't wait to see the results, and trying out the +Crest  whitening strips handling my talkative nature. I will have a full review of all the products when I use them up. I may do separate pieces under a new page name so look out!

Thank you +Target  for putting together an affordable box option because there are products in here that I may have never tried or looked up simply because I have a box I like whats in my box but now target can introduce me to new things for my box! Thank you lovely lovelies and I'll talk you up.
