This has been a great bath mat. The first thing I noticed unwrapping it was that it didn't have that plastic scent to it. I didn't know things like shower curtain linings could have harsh and harmful chemicals and needed to be unwrapped and put out in a ventilated area! Note to self read, read, read all the fine print! This mat is BPA, pthalate, and latex free! They have it listed that they have a 10 year guarantee that it will retain its grip ( I have no idea how to contact them outside of amazon but I'm sure amazon will be around in 10 years)

 Its not to long but in covers the right amount of area I need for a shower. It measures 16 X 28 inches, white which compliments my color scheme. If you look up close it has a harringbone pattern. There are plenty of suction feet on the bottom to prevent slips. I have not had the shower mat move on me and I'm an active mover an use various body soaps and oils. It also has not moved out of place bathing my children whom can take a tole on the bathtub. The mat itself is thicker than mats I have used in the past and I believe its the amount of suction cups but the mat feels very comfy to stand on not squishy but soft.

The mat is machine washable and folks I put it in my washer that has an agitator used on the gentle hot water cycle and I had no problems with it unbalancing my washer or being tore to shreds. I always remove bath mats from the bottom of the top and stick it to the wall to properly drain but it is supposed to be anti-bacterial.

As a great little bonus that I have seen come with the mat from other reviewers is a wash mitt. It has two sides one that is textured and one that is smooth like a face cloth. I love to buffer and exfoiliate. I have used this mitt and it wasn't so ruff that I felt it scrapped my skin off and it easy to switch the strap in comes with to the other side to wash your face or delicate parts that don't need a good scrubbing

Overall I like the size, color, and the testing with various soaps has passed inspection. I will update in a months time if the mat has remained grim free and not starting to get mold especially around the little suction cups which is where I find these mats get the most issues. I am interested in the 10 year guarantee that goes with this product and how that can be redeemed. I will get a hold of the company and ask. I do wish they had more options available in the color and detailing of the mat. Though it is a bath mat and not something that often gets the spot light from visitors.
